100 Lokasi Bakal RPTRA Ditetapkan

100 RPTRAs Ready to Be Built This Year

Jakarta Provincial Government through Public Housing and Residential Area Dept. (DPRKP) will build 100 Children-Friendly Integrated Public Spaces (RPTRA)s through City Budget 2017.

The area of each RPTRAs are between 500-1,700 square meters wide

Those 100 RPTRAs will be built in East Jakarta by 20 RPTRAs, South Jakarta 20 RPTRAs, West Jakarta 20 RPTRAs, North Jakarta 20 RPTRAs, Central Jakarta 15 RPTRAs, and Seribu Islands 5 RPTRAs.

Jakarta DPRKP Head, Arifin said, proposal for RPTRA construction was sent to urban village, sub-district, city, and up to province level.

RPTRA Construction Needs Society Role

"We collect and recapitulate the data after getting it from the mayor in order to be set on government policy regarding RPTRA location," he said after signing and meeting about RPTRA locations 2017, at City Hall, Thursday (4/27).

He added, this process will be continued with auction and construction in Jakarta Procurement of Goods and Services Board (BPPBJ).

While the construction is targeted can be started in May and completed in October 2017.

"Construction budget for 100 RPTRAs is Rp 154 billion by using design and build system. The area of each RPTRAs are between 500-1,700 square meters wide," he closed.
